Description
Why we love this coffee
Mr Tadesse Edema is a third-generation coffee grower. The microclimate, red-brown soil and unknown indigenous varieties give Anasora farm coffee its unique characteristics.
A little bit about the source of the coffee
Anasora Estate is located in the small community of Kebele Wocho Sololo in the Guji region of Southern Ethiopia. Mr Tadesse Edema is a third-generation coffee grower. Coming from a large coffee family, he is actually well-known as the Edema family throughout Guji.
As a coffee area, Anasora is still relatively unexploited. This means that the area offers young trees and plenty of space for farmers to process their coffees. Mr Tadesse is seeking to secure and preserve Anasora as a farm with a future in producing coffee of the highest quality.
